Would YOU Accept Prince William’s Reason For NOT Wearing A Wedding Band?

Getting married is a huge step in a person’s life, and in most places, exchanging rings is a symbol of an everlasting promise. While a woman might wear a large stone or a decorated band to symbolize her promise, a man might choose something more simple, a small gold band or a dark, brushed metal. But Prince William has been getting a lot of questions because he has never been spotted wearing a wedding band. People began to wonder if her was devoted to the marriage, or if there was something deeper going on that they couple hadn’t told anyone.

Traditionally, male royals wear a band made from Welsh gold owned by the royal family, but Prince William’s aide has stated that the choice not to wear a band was “simply down to personal preference.” 11-8a2

Kate Middleton, named Duchess of Cambridge after her marriage to Prince William, was given the same 12-carat oval sapphire ring that Princess Diana wore while she married Prince Charles. The ring has a lot of sentimental value.

The only other person to opt out of wearing a wedding band was the Duke of Edinburgh, and now, Prince William.

What would you say if your spouse just said “I don’t want to,” when presented with the idea of wearing a wedding band? The tradition is a long one, but wearing jewelry isn’t for everyone. What do you think of his choice? Love it or hate it?
