Cesar Larios was in an assisted living facility during a move. He works for College HUNKS, a moving company that employs young guys looking to help others during every shift. While using the 10-story elevator with a few other people, it became stuck. An elderly woman immediately became concerned.
She couldn’t stand for long periods of time, and was using her oxygen tank to take a short walk for a little exercise. She couldn’t stand in the elevator for much longer.
Cesar immediately offered to be a “human chair,” and got down on all fours so that she would have a place to rest. She sat down on the young man gratefully while they all waited on the elevator to start working again. It was a good thing that he offered because the elevator wasn’t functional for another 30 minutes. That was much too long for her to stand.
His coworkers snapped this photograph and posted it online. It immediately went viral because although his gesture was kind, it was also incredibly unusual! But according to the company’s co-founder, he did exactly what he should have in the situation.

Keeping clients stress-free during a chaotic move (or in this case, an elevator ride) is their goal, and people everywhere agree that he went above and beyond what was expected of him that day!
