Social media is new to a lot of us. Sure, it’s been around for a little over a decade, but it’s taken centuries for us build our customs and “social norms” as humans. In the scheme of things, 10 years isn’t very long at all. We’re all still trying to figure out how to use social media effectively. One woman decided to write down what she thought about it, and while no one is certain exactly where this originated, it doesn’t make it any less relatable.
Do you agree with this statement? It touches on some big points, that’s for sure. It’s hard to balance the line between emotion and the written word. A black and white status can be read dozens of different ways, and unfortunately, it depends on who is reading it to get a feel for how it sounds.
One day we’ll figure it out, but for now, we just have to keep on trying our best not to offend too many people at once with our opinions. And hey, if they don’t like what you have to say, they can always just look away. Right?
There may never be one “right” answer, but for now, a lot of people agree that this comes pretty close. Do you?
