But while her life may have ended, her memory lives on as she probably would have expected it to: making people laugh!
Noland was a wound care nurse in life, and had no problems doing the jobs that others would have shied away from. She extended her caring spirit to love and adore her 10 grandchildren, and even in the end, she never stopped loving everyone around her.

Her obituary is going viral, and her family says that it turned out to be even better than they had hoped!
Faced with the prospect of voting for either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, Mary Anne Noland of Richmond chose, instead, to pass into the eternal love of God on Sunday, May 15, 2016.”
It wasn’t necessarily a crack at either candidate. Her family chose this phrase because it was funny, and just like something Noland would have laughed at if she had read it in the papers!
