Need A Quick Fix For A Scratched Up Wooden Surface?! This Is AMAZING!

When furniture polish and orange oil did nothing to help save this sentimental piece of furniture, one woman was ready to give up and finally toss the table out. She didn’t want to get rid of it, but if it looked scratched and ruined and old, she couldn’t keep it in the house. She began searching for obscure ways to save the furniture and came across something that seemed a little too good to be true. After all, it only consisted of two ingredients…
4.27a9The ingredients were also readily available in her kitchen cabinets. 1/2 cup white vinegar mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil, and she was good to go. (You could substitute apple cider vinegar for the white vinegar if you don’t have any.) The recipe she had found actually called for closer to 3/4 cup of olive oil, but she only had 1/2 cup. Regardless, she mixed the two as best as she could and soaked the mixture up with a cloth.
4.27a11Wiping down the wood saw an almost instant improvement! She wiped it down several times to be sure that the oil got into all of the cracks and crevices. The results are stunning! It looks completely like new! 4.27a10Some comments say that their attempts started to fade after a month or so, but it may just be the type of wood that they tried it on. For a temporary fix, or a last-ditch effort, I think this turned out great! It really does look like new! Visit here for more details.
