Mom Gives Birth On The Day Of The Eclipse And Gives Her Daughter Special Name

New mother, Freedom Eubanks, wasn’t planning to give birth until the beginning of September. When she found herself in the hospital two weeks early, she knew it was a sign that her baby would be born on the day of the eclipse. The baby girl was born in South Carolina on the morning of the eclipse, and mom wanted to remember the occasion with a unique name for her baby daughter.

Weighing just over 6 pounds, little Eclipse Alizebeth Eubanks was welcomed into the worth with open arms! Not only did her daughter arrive early, she arrived in spectacular fashion, just in time for the eclipse! She had previously planned to watch the eclipse with her eldest daughter, but the midnight before the celestial phenomenon, she went into labor!
Mom had been planning to name her daughter Violet, but when the girl was born on such a special day, she couldn’t pass up the opportunity to make it extra special.

We’re probably going to call her Clipsey.” Mom said.

News of Freedom’s name choice instantly went viral with mixed reactions, but the adorable baby will have a story to tell for the rest of her life! Not many people can say that they were born on the date of a solar eclipse!
