#FindTrainTom is trending on social media after a woman posted her incredible story online.
Ellie Farnfield was on a train one day, when suddenly she woke up on a bench. The last thing she remembered was traveling from Redhill in Surrey to London Victoria. She had no memory of how she had gotten to a random bench in the station, and she was now surrounded by staff from the train station. When she read a note that had been left for her, her heart melted and she knew that she had to find the man who had rescued her! Unfortunately, he didn’t leave much to go by.
In a crowded train station, Ellie suddenly hit the floor after a seizure hit, but no one noticed, and the people who did just kept walking. It wasn’t any of their business, after all.
But not Tom! While he stepped on her (accidentally) before realizing there was a woman on the floor, he stopped to help and pulled her off of the train, gaining the help of train station staff to help and get her to a bench!
He contact 14 different people in her phone and made sure that an ambulance had been notified…unfortunately, he could only stay so long to write this quick note before continuing on his way!
I hope by the time you read this you are feeling better. You had a seizure on the train and I took you off. You didn’t hit your head but I may have hurt your leg as I walked on it before realising you were on the floor having a fit! Sorry!
I’m also sorry I can’t stay with you now – but here is coffee to perk you up later and £10 to make sure you get a taxi home. Sorry I don’t have anymore money so I hope you don’t live far away. I’ve contacted people from your phone and medical help is on its way and you’re with train staff. Wishing you all the best and a quick recovery.
Hopefully she’ll be able to find “Train Tom” soon! I wouldn’t be surprised if their story led to a cute movie! This is a sweet story!
