Helicopter Company Refunds $1,000 Paid By Desperate Father To Find His Missing Son

After successfully spotting his son’s wrecked vehicle off the side of the highway, the helicopter company decided to do something incredible.

Tony Lethbridge’s son had been missing for an entire day, and when the police told him to go home and wait, he just couldn’t shake the feeling that something terrible had happened. He knew his son wasn’t the type of teen to just run away or forget to call. After his son went off the grid, Tony just couldn’t sit still.

Lethbridge gathered up $1,000 and went to the airport, hiring a helicopter to take him searching for his missing son. After remembering an accident on the same stretch of highway his son was meant to be traveling, he had a good idea of where to look. True enough, his son was discovered trapped in his wrecked vehicle and hidden from view by thick foliage and a steep angle. The boy, Samuel, had been trapped for 30 hours and had suffered severe injuries and dehydration.

His son was taken to the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, but the story didn’t end there.

The company, Skyline Aviation, weren’t done helping. They refunded the money paid to find the missing teen and hope to help further in any way that they can. The incredible act of kindness didn’t go unnoticed and their offer went viral!
