A Man Starts DESTROYING A $100 Bill In Front Of A Crowd, But The Reason Is Incredible!

Sometimes, I come across a story that makes me stop and think about life. Why do I do the things I do? Why do I work? What really is the most important thing in life? What kind of world are we leaving for our children? This is one of those stories. The man is adamant about destroying this large note in front of people, and they couldn’t understand why he would stop…until he said THIS!

A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $100 bill. In the room of 200, he asked. “Who would like this $100 bill?”

Hands started going up. He said, “I am going to give this $100 to one of you – but first, let me do this.”

He proceeded to crumple the 100 dollar bill up. He then asked. “Who still wants it?” Still the hands were up in the air.

“Well,” he replied, “what if I do this?” He dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. “Now, who still wants it?”

Still the hands went into the air, so he started to rip it in half, earning an audible gasp from many people in the audience.

“Do you still want it?” He asked, holding up the $100 bill with a partial tear in the middle. People still raised their hands.

“My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $100. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless; but no matter what happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value.

Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who love you. The worth of our lives comes, not in what we do or who we know, but by …WHO WE ARE.

You are special – don’t ever forget it.”

This story has an incredible message! The speaker has a point. It doesn’t matter what you have been through, where you are, or the circumstances that brought you to where you are now. You are important. You are special. You have worth, no matter what! The people in your life can see how much you impact their lives every single day. It doesn’t matter where you come from or what happens to you in life. It matters that you keep pressing on, even when life tries to rip you up into pieces.
