An unnamed man went out to his garage one day when a strange noise caught his attention. A faint ‘meowing’ noise was coming from somewhere in the room. He was completely confused; he didn’t own a cat. After listening and walking around the room, he pinpointed the sound. It was coming from inside of his car! He was certain that the kitten wasn’t stuck anywhere dangerous but he couldn’t get it out himself.
Slowly, he drove his car to the Tesla service center and hoped that they could help to retrieve the kitten trapped inside.
It took a while, but eventually they were able to open up a part of the bumper and retrieve the terrified kitten! He had somehow crawled up into the car and gotten trapped inside of the bumper. They estimated that the kitten had been in the car for over 14 hours at that point and immediately gave it water to drink. It was very young, but one of the rescuers called home and agreed to take on the challenge of nursing the kitten back to health.
The kitten was unharmed, but understandably a bit shaken up! He is expected to make a full recovery, and already has a new home lined up! He may have been looking for somewhere safe to hide away for the night…but instead, he discovered a new family!
